With over 10 years of experience across creative direction, art direction, brand identity and graphic design, Sheila has worked across agency, in-house and entrepreneurial environments.

Her background includes creative roles at Leo Burnett and Dimension, followed by 5 years at Lookiero, where she led creative projects and teams across 11+ European markets. She later founded Polita, building the brand from the ground up across strategy, identity, retail, ecommerce, content and business.

Earlier experience in fashion and editorial — including styling & art direction for Yo Dona, ¡Hola! and Harper’s Bazaar — added a strong visual and cultural perspective to her creative approach.

This varied background has shaped a flexible way of working: moving comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on design, leading creative teams or collaborating as part of one, and adapting to different brands, industries and challenges.
