Polita Family Concept Store is a curated family lifestyle brand focused on conscious living, timeless design and everyday functionality.

The project was developed around the idea of creating a warm, contemporary and emotionally connected brand universe for modern families — balancing aesthetics, practicality and authenticity.

For this project, I developed the brand identity and visual direction, creating a cohesive system across digital and physical touchpoints.

In 2026, we launched politafamily.com as a natural extension of the brand, creating a dedicated online space to connect more closely with families through a curated digital experience.

The platform was designed to bring together thoughtful product selection, visual storytelling and a warm, accessible brand experience — making Polita available beyond the physical store while maintaining its sense of closeness, aesthetics and everyday practicality.

Social Media first

From the very beginning, the entire Polita brand universe was developed with a social media first mindset, understanding Instagram as the brand’s main communication platform and community space with our real customers, MOMS.

Every visual and physical touchpoint was intentionally designed to live naturally within social content — from storefront logo placement and in-store signage to packaging details and visual compositions created to seamlessly appear in videos, reels and everyday content.

Even the expression “Kaixo Politak”, used to open stories and videos where I share styling ideas, product selections, guides and everyday recommendations, became part of the brand’s recognizable digital language and community-building strategy.

The project focused on creating a brand experience that feels organic, warm and instantly identifiable across social platforms, while maintaining consistency between the physical store, e-commerce and digital communication.

Alongside the launch of politafamily.com, we also developed newsletter and CRM flows focused on customer retention, community engagement and long-term brand loyalty.
